1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Akshat Bullion mobile/web application ("App") operated by Akshat Bullion ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

2. Scope of Services

The App is exclusively designed to sell Gold and Silver bullion to registered customers. Users may view live rates, place bookings, and create limit orders for bullion. The App does not provide buyback, trading between users, or an integrated online payment gateway.

3. Registration & Account

• Users must register with accurate personal details and comply with KYC requirements.
• The Company may verify identity documents and suspend or reject accounts at its discretion.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.

4. Booking & Order Policy

• Orders placed (market or limit) are final and cannot be modified or cancelled unless the Company agrees in writing.
• Orders are confirmed only after the Company receives and verifies the full payment in its bank account.
• Limit orders and price locks are valid only for the duration shown in the App.
• Delayed payment beyond the allowed window may result in automatic cancellation.

5. Payment Terms

The App has no integrated payment gateway. All payments must be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI) to the Company's designated account shown in the App or on the invoice. After transfer, customers must upload or share the payment proof (e.g., UTR/transaction ID) immediately.

The Company is not responsible for transfers made to incorrect or unauthorized accounts. Orders will be processed only after bank verification confirms receipt.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Once payment is cleared, customers will be notified to collect their bullion.
• Pickup must occur within the time limit specified by the Company (for example, within 3 working days of confirmation).
• Failure to pick up within the stipulated period may attract storage charges or lead to order cancellation at the Company's discretion.
• Delivery/pickup will be completed only to the registered customer or their authorized representative after ID and payment verification.

7. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

Prices displayed in the App are indicative and based on live market rates; they may change without notice. The Company is not liable for losses due to market volatility, display delays, or other factors beyond its control.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Confirmed bookings are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. Duplicate or erroneous payments will be reviewed by the Company; refunds (if any) will be made only after verification and may be subject to deductions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from payment delays, market changes, technical failures, or issues after collection of bullion.

10. Compliance & KYC

Customers must comply with all applicable laws including KYC, PAN, and GST regulations. The Company may request additional documents before processing orders or delivering bullion.

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or system failures.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Balasinor ,Gujarat.
